Here is my Dad the Bishop! I just want you to know that my Dad was set apart as Bishop of the Oroville ward yesterday. We went up to Oroville for a nice visit over the weekend, to celebrate the occasion. I want the whole world to know that my Dad is the best Dad in the whole world. He's not a perfect guy, in fact he's made his share of mistakes and overcome a lot of weaknesses to get where he is right now. I think that all of the weaknesses he's overcome and problems/challenges he's tackled in this life have helped him become a very strong spiritual leader. They have made him a better dad and will make him a very compassionate loving Bishop. To Dad, congratulations! I Love you with all my heart & you can do it! You'll make a great Bishop!

Oh, this is Sara Higley. I might have moved on to college right after you moved back to Sunnyside. But I knew your family well. And, my Mom is from Oroville, so that just double awesome.
Anyways, congrats to your Dad. He'll make a wonderful Bishop!
